1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Telegrapy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Telegrapy provides a SaaS platform for Telegram data scraping, monitoring, and export. The Service includes API access, real-time WebSocket feeds, scheduled scraping jobs, and data export capabilities.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate Telegram's Terms of Service or any applicable law
  • Scrape private channels or groups without authorization
  • Harvest personal data for spam, harassment, or surveillance
  • Circumvent rate limits or abuse the account pool system
  • Resell scraped data without appropriate legal basis
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure

5. API Keys & Access

API keys are scoped to your tenant and must not be shared publicly. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are compromised or used in violation of these Terms. Rate limits apply per your subscription tier.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you scrape through the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your scraped content or exports. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage metrics to improve the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, including Telegram's infrastructure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telegrapy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Telegrapy is incorporated.
